Life Chronicles – Social Media Campaign
In 2010, LifeChronicles participated in the Pepsi Refresh campaign, in an effort to win a $250K grant from Pepsi to fund LifeSpace, an interactive video website that will provide local schools and youth groups with the training and equipment they need to record and edit the stories of people within their community, with the goal of extending LifeChronicle’s services to all who would like them. WackyPuppy designed and executed the social media campaign, leveraging email, a Facebook Fan page and a new home page for the duration of the campaign, to drive participation and daily voting. While LifeChronicles didn’t win this highly competitive competition, we did rank in the top 17% of projects, made new friends, increased donations and added new donors, as well as increased engagement across their website and Facebook.
